How did you get into bodybuilding?
To be honest, I’m not really sure. I was really into skateboarding and probably weighing 110lbs. I starting lifting a little bit and my gains were so incredible that I became hooked. There were some other national competitors at the gym I trained at, and they kept telling me what good genetics I had and not to waste them. I took my first shot at competing in 2008 were I placed 2nd to the overall winner at Teenage Nationals.
What are your future plans/goals in the sport?
My plan as of now is to go pro within the next 3 years… I will take it from there.
What is your favorite bodypart to train?
It was always chest… one of my weakpoints, but nothing is better than a good chest pump!

Who are your biggest supporters?
My parents have always been very supportive to me… I can’t thank them enough.
Why do you enjoy bodybuilder as much as you do?
It gives me something to consistently work towards… without goals, life looses purpose.
Briefly describe your training and diet regiments.
I train 6 days per week… each bodypart gets hit once. I strive for 6 meals per day, but my current job makes that very difficult.
What advice do you have for others who wish to achieve what you have in the sport?
Stay consistent, and don’t give up! Somebody who never gives up on their diet and training will always be successful to some extent. However, competitive bodybuilding is not for everyone. Know where you stand, and make the most out of what you have been given.
